Sephora ha a\u00f1adido un nuevo programa a su sistema de informaci\u00f3n de recursos humanos (RRHH), que permite a los responsables de Sephora acceder a una fuente de datos \u00fanica con toda la informaci\u00f3n de RR.HH precisa para tomar decisiones informadas.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el marco de su nueva estrategia global de marca empleadora donde aspira a mostrar las oportunidades que ofrece Sephora para el crecimiento profesional de sus empleados, el retailer de belleza ha desplegado SAP Success Factors como su sistema de informaci\u00f3n de recursos humanos (HRIS) para todos los pa\u00edses donde opera y para todos sus empleados.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dicho sistema se potenciar\u00e1 con las soluciones de la firma tecnol\u00f3gica Qlik, que ayudar\u00e1 al equipo de gesti\u00f3n de RR.HH de Sephora a hacer anal\u00edticas a partir de este sistema de datos enriquecido.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre las aplicaciones incorporadas, destaca<strong> People Trends<\/strong>, una app m\u00f3vil accesible a trav\u00e9s de Qlik Sense, que <strong>permitir\u00e1 a los responsables de la compa\u00f1\u00eda tener acceso a una fuente de datos \u00fanica con las que podr\u00e1n realizar an\u00e1lisis con informaci\u00f3n en tiempo real y tomar as\u00ed mejores
