Asume as\u00ed el cargo de Xavier Castell\u00f3, \u2014nuevo director de estrategia y transformaci\u00f3n para el suroeste de Europa\u2014.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se trata de una promoci\u00f3n interna, debido a que Ganuza ejerc\u00eda hasta el momento el cargo de director de la categor\u00eda de nutrici\u00f3n, insights y digital de PepsiCo para el suroeste de Europa. De origen catal\u00e1n, Iker <strong>forma parte de la compa\u00f1\u00eda desde hace 15 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con formaci\u00f3n en Ingenier\u00eda de Telecomunicaci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos por la Universidad Ram\u00f3n Llull. Su trayectoria profesional comenz\u00f3 como partner del estudio <strong>Aurum Immoble<\/strong>, centrado en arquitectura y construcci\u00f3n. En 2005 se uni\u00f3 al equipo de <strong>Seidor<\/strong>, multinacional especializada en soluciones de consultor\u00eda software de gesti\u00f3n y en servicios TIC; compagin\u00e1ndolo con su vocaci\u00f3n educativa tras ejercer como docente en el M\u00e1ster en Gesti\u00f3n de la Cadena de Suministro y Tecnolog\u00eda en La Salle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hasta que en <strong>2007<\/strong> comenz\u00f3 a formar parte de <strong>PepsiCo Iberia<\/strong>, donde ha desarrollado una carrera multidisciplinar en \u00e1reas como IT, Log\u00edstica y Operaciones, Transformaci\u00f3n. Su crecimiento en la compa\u00f1\u00eda comenz\u00f3 con el cargo de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">operations &amp; supply chain business engagement manager<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cargo que ejerci\u00f3 durante tres a\u00f1os. En esta \u00e1rea asumi\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n el puesto de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">logistics &amp; operations lead &#8211; Europe business solutions<\/span><\/i><span
