De esta manera, a medida que la tecnolog\u00eda avanza, lo hace consigo la forma de comunicarse, pero no la calidad de la comunicaci\u00f3n. Por ello, los <strong>cambios experimentados en el panorama de medios durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os han exigido una adaptaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: \u201ccada d\u00eda es m\u00e1s complejo ubicar un tema, y debemos afinar mucho m\u00e1s cada tiro, cada acci\u00f3n, cada nota de prensa y elegir cuidadosamente qui\u00e9n lo recibe\u201d, asegura <\/span><b>Salvat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, socio y director de Josep Salvat PR.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Internet e inclusi\u00f3n\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Internet ha supuesto un antes y un despu\u00e9s. Por lo que, en la actualidad, <strong>los medios online sobrepasan a los impresos<\/strong>: los diarios en 1996 penetraban un 38,2% frente al 18,4% de este 2020; no obstante, en caso de internet, se ha pasado de un 1% en 1996 a un 85,1% en 2020.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, internet no es lo \u00fanico que ha avanzado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. La <strong>digitalizaci\u00f3n e inmediatez<\/strong> han sufrido cambios vertiginosos. Del fax al tel\u00e9fono, del tel\u00e9fono al email y del email al WhatsApp.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No todo han sido avances tecnol\u00f3gicos. <strong>La<\/strong> <strong>diversidad, la equidad y la inclusi\u00f3n<\/strong>, se han convertido en piezas fundamentales en los puestos de direcci\u00f3n y liderazgo entre las organizaciones. \u201cVivimos una \u00e9poca en la que los valores y el prop\u00f3sito de las compa\u00f1\u00edas no solo define el nivel \u00e9tico de las organizaciones, sino que influye directamente en sus resultados y supervivencia<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, explica <\/span><b>Imma Folch<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Nueva imagen corporativa<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con motivo de su 25 aniversario, LF Channel ha estrenado <strong>nuevo logo e imagen<\/strong> con el objetivo de mantener su liderazgo, afianzar servicios adaptados a los requerimientos actuales, y poner en marcha nuevas iniciativas.
