A lo largo de su trayectoria profesional ha ocupado diferentes cargos de responsabilidad directa sobre estrategia, marca, publicidad, investigaci\u00f3n y CRM, oferta de valor, segmentaci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n de clientes, dise\u00f1o de procesos y digitalizaci\u00f3n. Entre 2008 y 2020 <a href=\"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/jose-luis-arbeo-anuncia-su-salida-de-bbva\/\">trabaj\u00f3 en BBVA<\/a>, donde dirigi\u00f3 varias unidades: Clientes particulares y Multicanalidad, Marketing operativo, Marca y contenidos, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Arbeo es director acad\u00e9mico del Programa Customer Experience Management de IE Executive Education y <a href=\"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/jose-luis-arbeo-se-incorpora-a-act\/\">vicepresidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Agencias Creativas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon esta incorporaci\u00f3n subrayamos la apuesta por la <a href=\"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/capacidades-marketing-la-digital\/\">transformaci\u00f3n digital<\/a> de Tressis y avanzamos en la tarea de optimizar nuestros canales de comunicaci\u00f3n con los clientes.
