{"id":119573,"date":"2021-02-15T11:37:29","date_gmt":"2021-02-15T10:37:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=119573"},"modified":"2021-02-15T11:37:29","modified_gmt":"2021-02-15T10:37:29","slug":"burger-king-instalara-paneles-fotovoltaicos-en-cerca-de-300-restaurantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=119573","title":{"rendered":"Burger King instalar\u00e1 paneles fotovoltaicos en cerca de 300 restaurantes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/burger-king-renueva-su-identidad-visual-despues-de-mas-de-20-anos\/\">Burger King Espa\u00f1a<\/a> avanza nuevamente en sostenibilidad, en l\u00ednea a su plan medioambiental \u2018<em>King Planet<\/em>\u2019, cerrando un acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n con el grupo energ\u00e9tico internacional de energ\u00eda renovable, EDP, para instalar paneles fotovoltaicos en cerca de 300 restaurantes de nuestro pa\u00eds.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este plan de autoconsumo, la marca de restauraci\u00f3n, propiedad de <\/span><b>Restaurants Brands, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">implantar\u00e1 los paneles a lo largo del presente ejercicio en sus formatos de tienda <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018free standing<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019, <\/span><b>aquellas de construcci\u00f3n independiente, tipo chalet,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> adem\u00e1s de aquellos nuevas aperturas de la marca que tengan este formato.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En total, este proyecto supone la instalaci\u00f3n de <\/span><b>m\u00e1s de 12.000 m\u00f3dulos fotovoltaicos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que ocupar\u00e1n una superficie de 25.000 metros cuadrados, equivalentes a casi cuatro campos de f\u00fatbol.\u00a0 La potencia total instalada ser\u00e1 superior a cinco megavatios, que permitir\u00e1n generar la energ\u00eda equivalente al consumo el\u00e9ctrico medio de m\u00e1s de 2.000 hogares. Con esta energ\u00eda ser\u00e1 posible cocinar 39 millones de hamburguesas<\/span><b>, cerca del 40% del total que la cadena sirve al a\u00f1o.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este proyecto permitir\u00e1 a la empresa disminuir las emisiones de CO2 en <\/span><b>2.300 toneladas anuales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (equivale a 150.00o nuevos \u00e1rboles).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, el acuerdo incluye el dise\u00f1o,<\/span><b> la realizaci\u00f3n y la puesta en marcha de las instalaciones en los restaurantes de Burger King por parte de EDP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que, adem\u00e1s, gestionar\u00e1 las instalaciones durante los pr\u00f3ximos 15 a\u00f1os, a trav\u00e9s de un acuerdo que se desarrollar\u00e1 como un servicio \u2018as a service\u2019 de venta de electricidad 100 renovable.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Plan medioambiental <em>King Planet<\/em><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este proyecto forma parte de la estrategia de sostenibilidad medioambiental de Burger King Espa\u00f1a, <\/span><b><i>King Planet<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que tiene dos grandes \u00e1reas de actuaci\u00f3n: <\/span><b>la reducci\u00f3n de la huella de carbono y la reducci\u00f3n de la huella de pl\u00e1stico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u201cDesde 2019, hemos apostado por fomentar el formato <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Free Standing<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en los restaurantes de nueva apertura, concebidos desde su dise\u00f1o para reducir el impacto medioambiental\u201d, ha afirmado Gregorio Jim\u00e9nez, consejero delegado de la marca. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y destac\u00f3 la <\/span><b>pol\u00edtica de reducci\u00f3n de pl\u00e1sticos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que la empresa comenz\u00f3 a implementar hace dos a\u00f1os. Una de sus primeras medidas fue reemplazar las pajitas de pl\u00e1stico por alternativas m\u00e1s sostenibles. Esta pol\u00edtica, que finalizar\u00e1 en junio de 2021, permitir\u00e1 a la marca<\/span><b> ahorrar m\u00e1s de 500 toneladas de este
