Nuevos talentos con experiencia diversa, con un \u00e9nfasis en digital y contenido de marca, en sus departamentos de cuentas y creatividad.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yann Baudoin<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Global business director<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yann Baudoin, de origen franc\u00e9s, vuelve a LOLA despu\u00e9s de 8 a\u00f1os como <strong>director general en Cheil<\/strong> donde cre\u00f3 una estructura transversal de servicios de marketing integral para impactar a los consumidores en su recorrido. Su experiencia abarca el entorno digital desde datos e insights hasta creatividad y contenido a trav\u00e9s de plataformas digitales (e-commerce, CRM, social) y operaciones offline (Retail &amp; Experiential, entre otras).<\/p>\n<p>Inici\u00f3 su carrera en la industria de la comunicaci\u00f3n y la publicidad en agencias locales espa\u00f1olas como<strong> Tactics y Tapsa<\/strong>, trabajando para <strong>P&amp;G<\/strong>, <strong>oficina nacional de turismo de Marruecos, Leroy Merlin, ENDESA y CINFA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>C\u00e9line Vincent \u2013 Account director<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>C\u00e9line Vincet es francesa, de la zona de Borgo\u00f1a. Se uni\u00f3 a LOLA desde la industria de medios como Vice Media Espa\u00f1a y Dentsu Aegis Network, para llevar la cuenta de Bayer en los mercados de Francia e Italia, aportando experiencia en estrategia digital y creaci\u00f3n de contenido de marca.<\/p>\n<p>Se mud\u00f3 a Espa\u00f1a en 2008 despu\u00e9s de estudiar Administraci\u00f3n de Empresas en la Universidad de Winthrop, Carolina del Sur. Con m\u00e1s de 12 a\u00f1os de experiencia ha trabajado para<strong> FCB, d6, Saatchi &amp; Saatchi y McCann<\/strong>, gestionando clientes como <strong>Nivea, SC Johnson, Novartis, Liberty Seguros, P&amp;G, GSK, Toyota, The Coca-Cola Company y Apple.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Michele La Fiandra \u2013 Creative director<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Michele<strong>La Fiandra\u00a0<\/strong> es un director creativo italiano con m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os de experiencia en publicidad, branding y marketing de contenidos. Tiene expertise en categor\u00edas como: alimentaci\u00f3n, moda, farmac\u00e9utica, belleza, tecnolog\u00eda y m\u00e1s. Es un l\u00edder de equipo entusiasta, que fomenta un buen ambiente y una cultura positiva como elemento crucial para el trabajo creativo. <strong>Se ha incorporado a LOLA Barcelona como director creativo de Bayer Francia e Italia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Su carrera empez\u00f3 en una agencia innovadora en Roma llamada Xister y luego di\u00f3 el gran paso hacia un equipo global internacional en Leo Burnett Roma, donde trabaj\u00f3 para diferentes mercados, siempre con la mirada puesta en el lado digital e interactivo de la publicidad.
