Ostenta un 60% de las participaciones de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, posicion\u00e1ndose como accionista de referencia.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despu\u00e9s de haber colaborado en la organizaci\u00f3n de la edici\u00f3n del festival de marketing infantil de 2019, Parafina apuesta por la compa\u00f1\u00eda al ser referencia en el campo de la comunicaci\u00f3n infantil.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El acuerdo de adquisici\u00f3n de acciones incluye, asimismo, la <strong>incorporaci\u00f3n de Christian Haltermann, CEO de Parafina, en el equipo directivo de El Chupete<\/strong>, ocupando el puesto de co-director, junto con Rodrigo Ron.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Haltermann asume el cargo \u201cen un momento dif\u00edcil y de gran incertidumbre para nuestro sector, pero con la seguridad de trabajar con un gran equipo que ya cuenta con m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os de experiencia en la celebraci\u00f3n del festival\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Rodrigo Ron<\/strong>, por su parte, considera que \u201cla experiencia de Parafina en la organizaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de eventos nos ayudar\u00e1, sin duda, a<strong> consolidar, internacionalizar y hacer crecer el festival y la marca El Chupete<\/strong> en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os\u201d.
